The short version: the businesses closest to home were the ones getting left out.
For twelve years, the good web work in this country went overseas or to big companies in Manila. Meanwhile the businesses on our own streets had nothing. A carinderia with a queue out the door and no way to be found online. A clinic sending its price list through Messenger, one customer at a time.
When those owners did ask about a website, they usually got scared off. Quotes full of words nobody explained, monthly fees with no clear reason, and the feeling they would be paying for something they could not check. So most of them decided a website was for big companies and left it there.
Sites by Vital exists to close that gap. The same standard of work that goes to clients abroad, at a local price, explained plainly. You will know what you are paying for, what you are getting, and when it will be finished, before a single peso changes hands.

Everything included is written down before work starts. If you later want something extra, we'll tell you the cost and you decide. No surprise bill at the end.
Everything is in your name
Your web address, your website, your accounts. If you ever want to work with somebody else, you take it all with you. Nothing is locked to us.
Plain language, always
You'll never get an email full of terms you have to look up. If something technical needs deciding, we'll explain it in a sentence and tell you what we would do.
We'll tell you if you don't need it
If a one page site solves your problem, we won't quote you five. And if a website won't help your business right now, we'll say that too.

Based in Mexico, Pampanga
Most of our clients are within an hour's drive, which means meeting in person, taking photos at your shop, or sitting down to go through the site together is easy to arrange. No charge for a visit inside these towns.
Outside Pampanga? The whole process also runs over chat and a private preview link, so businesses anywhere in the Philippines are welcome. Same fixed price, same launch date in writing.
