This explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be understood rather than to sound legal.

Who we are

Sites by Vital is a web design studio based in Mexico, Pampanga, Philippines. For anything on this page, contact us at hello@sitesbyvital.com or 0906 699 1305.

What we collect

Only what you send us. When you use the quote form on this site, we receive your name, your business name, your email address, your mobile number if you provide one, your town, the package you selected, and whatever you write in the message field.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information through this website. That includes health information, government identification numbers, and financial account details.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
• To contact you about a project you have asked us about
• To keep records of work we have quoted or carried out

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list. There is no newsletter on this site.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered by email to our own inbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and messages are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our email inbox. Those providers process the message in order to deliver it. We choose providers that publish their own privacy terms and we do not give them permission to use your information for anything else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, so we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to actual projects are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will.

Cookies and measurement

If a notice banner is showing at the top of the site and you dismiss it, we set a single cookie recording that you closed it, so it does not reappear for seven days. It contains no personal information and no identifier.

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, and successful website enquiries. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information about your browser, device, and interactions with our website. Our enquiry tracking sends a confirmation event, not the name, email address, phone number, or message you submit. Learn more at how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have rights over your personal information, including the right to be informed, to access what we hold, to correct it, to object to processing, and to have it erased in certain circumstances. To exercise any of these, email hello@sitesbyvital.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may raise it with the National Privacy Commission.

Client websites

When we build a website for a client, that site belongs to the client and the client is responsible for the information collected through it. We design forms to collect the minimum necessary, and we advise clients not to collect sensitive personal information through a brochure website.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described briefly here rather than quietly edited in.
